TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OPE MARIN VERKKOKURSSIT

Welcome to Ope Marin Verkkokurssit (hereinafter referred to as “OMV”), an online education platform operated by Ope Mari tmi, a company registered in Finland. The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) govern your use of the OMV platform and services. By using the OMV platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 3.2 Payment for fee-based Content must be made in advance using the payment methods accepted by OMV.

7.1 OMV provides the platform and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7.2 OMV does not guarantee that the platform or services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 In no event shall OMV be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the OMV platform or services.

8.2 This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or

any other legal theory, even if OMV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.3 OMV’s total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with your use of the OMV platform or services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the Content giving rise to the claim.

Termination

9.1 Either you or OMV may terminate these Terms at any time for any reason.

9.2 Upon termination, your access to the OMV platform and services will be terminated.

9.3 The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to the provisions regarding intellectual property, user conduct, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.

10.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Finland.

General Provisions
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and OMV regarding your use of the OMV platform and services, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.

11.3 OMV’s failure to enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by OMV in writing.

11.4 You may not assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without the prior written consent of OMV.

11.5 OMV may assign or transfer these Terms, or any rights or obligations hereunder, without restriction.
